GS is a very specific hero that is considered by one of the worst, because of the set of bad super powers and different playstyle classes. GS is a hero that doesn't pack many good budget options, and if we combine the best ones, we get a fairly OK and easy to use budget deck, mainly used only for 10x because it's powercreeped by most of the other budget decks.
